Domestic Shipping (IrelAND)

All parcels are sent via An Post.
Tracked and untracked options will be available at checkout, and vary based on size/weight.
Local collection/delivery can be arranged in some cases, please contact lwynnemailbox@gmail.com prior to selecting this option.
Delivery within Ireland is usually in 1-3 days, but this is not guaranteed. Check for service updates with An Post.

International Shipping

All parcels are sent via An Post, the Irish national postal service.
International tracked shipping costs are added at checkout and vary based on shipping destination and size/weight.
Non-EU international purchasers may be liable for customs charges, duties, and taxes upon delivery. The purchaser is responsible for any additional customs charges or local taxes or duties that may be charged upon delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your Saturn Cottage Industries purchase, please contact Lisa at lwynnemailbox@gmail.com and we will try our best to amend or alter the product for you.

We do not offer returns on personalised or made-to-order pieces. For some products, we can accept return and issue a refund if the item is clean and unused and returned within 14 days after the purchaser originally received it. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled with stains or perfumes, and have the original tag attached. The purchaser will be liable for return postage. We reserve the right not to accept a retuned item if it is returned to us in poor condition. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of face coverings for hygiene reasons.
